What’s your process like?

Step one

  • First, We Meet! Our process begins with a no-obligation, 40ish-minute Discovery Call where you get to share your story and goals for the project, and ask any question you’d like. 

Step Two

  • We Send You Our Proposal. Using what we learn from that initial conversation, we put together a detailed and formal project estimate. Accept it, and off we go! (You can bail here if you’d like, but it’s more fun if we move on to the next step together!)

Step three

  • We Craft Your Brand Story. We kick things off by asking the right questions to get at the heart of your organization’s unique brand story. This clarifying narrative becomes the foundation of every piece we create, so nothing is left to chance. Your new brand messaging will speak clearly to your audience and offer a compelling reason for how you can help solve a particular problem.

Step four

  • We Get Designing. We take the time to do things right and develop an effective website content strategy that is deployed through a series of iterative steps, from proposed sitemap to wireframes to initial design.

Step five

  • We Build Out Your Website. Your website gets a complete makeover that ensures your brand is carried through and your unique Brand Story is clear and beautifully expressed. We only build on the most powerful, customizable, and user-friendly platforms available, and we ensure everything is responsive on any device. We not only design and build your website, but we help you with every step of your site launch including domain connection, SEO setup, Google Analytics and Search Console connection, and much more.

Step six

  • We Guide You Through Handoff & Continued Support. We promise we won’t leave you hanging! We provide a comprehensive website training to ensure you have the know-how you need to effectively put your new website to work for your organization. We’re here to help you succeed, and are always just an email, phone call, or text away should any issues arise once the project is completed.
